Qualification for $400 Monthly Car Allowance
Achieve the following requirements each month for four consecutive months:
- Personal retail sales of $1,500
- Total group sales from the first 3 levels of $36,000 (must meet the $5,000 first level sales ED maintenance requirement)
- Have 15 active personally sponsored qualified consultants
Maintenance for Car Allowance
Receive the $400 Cash Car Allowance in each month after the 4-month qualification period that you achieve:
- Personal retail sales of $1,500

Executive Director
Home Award Bonus
The ultimate award that the Passion Parties opportunity offers is the prestigious Passion Parties Home Award. The dream of owning your own home can be fulfilled when you build a Passion Parties business and qualify to receive a $1,000 monthly Home Award payment.
Qualification
- $8,500,000 in total organizational sales generated by the first three levels of the group over 3 consecutive years. Personal sales are not included.
- Executive Director must be paid as an Executive Director each and every month during the qualification period (36 consecutive months).
- Qualification period runs on a calendar year – January 1 – December 31st.
- Upon achievement of these qualifications – the ED is eligible to receive the Executive Director Home Award each month that the monthly maintenance is achieved.
Monthly Maintenance
- $235,000 in total organizational sales generated by the first three levels each month.
- Executive Director must be paid as an Executive Director each and every month in order to qualify for payment.
- If an Executive Director does not meet monthly maintenance they will not be paid the ED Home Award for that month.
- If an Executive Director does not achieve the monthly maintenance requirements for 12 consecutive months they must re-qualify for the Home Award.
- The first Home Award payment will be included on the January Bonus payment in the following year after qualification provided the monthly maintenance requirement is achieved. Monthly maintenance starts immediately following qualification.

The Annual Convention
Each year Passion Parties celebrates your success at Annual Convention. This exciting event is your oppportunity to meet and rub shoulders with the trendsetters and achievers of Passion Parties, see what is new for the upcoming year and enjoy the friendship and camaraderie of the Passion Parties family.
Throughout the year Consultants and Leaders have the opportunity to earn Convention Passion Points. Earn one point based on personal retail sales. Earn two points on the retail sales of your first level consultants generated throughout the year.
Convention Passion Points may be used to pay for your Convention registration fee, hotel accommodations and airline ticket. Any unused Passion Points must be "spent" at the Passion Boutique at the convention, by selecting an item from the Passion Points Guide. Unused Convention Passion Points are not carried forward into the next year. |
