Becoming a consultant was a easy decision for me; it's fun, you meet some great people and it's a great way to make some extra income. Although people get involved for different reasons, I joined for the flexible schedule. I had a full-time job, that paid extremely well, but I hated it.
After seeing Pat Davis (President, Passion Parties) on a morning news show, I decided to have a party. After the party I asked my rep how much she made, she replied "40% of the party sales". That was over $400 for less than 3 hours of work...I was sold. Becoming a consultant is definitely the best decision I've ever made. |
